Wednesday, September 4, 2013. Feeling Sorry for Myself and the Bunless Burger that Never Was. Have you ever had this happen to you? My burger was covered with melted cheese and beautifully wrapped in a light and fluffy bun. 5 years ago, blissfully unaware of my gluten-intolerance, I would have been excited. Now, seeing that burger headed my way, I fluctuated between feeling a little irritated to feeling like it was a cruel joke.
