Now I thought I would start to spread the love to this site as I am always discovering new gluten free foods and places to eat that I really should put on here! Wednesday, September 4, 2013. Feeling Sorry for Myself and the Bunless Burger that Never Was. Have you ever had this happen to you? My burger was covered with melted cheese and beautifully wrapped in a light and fluffy bun. 5 years ago, blissfully unaware of my gluten-intolerance, I would have been excited. Now, seeing that burger headed my way, I fluctuated between feeling a little irritated to feeling like it was a cruel joke.

Gluten Free and Paleo the Whole Foods Way. Sunday, June 2, 2013. The only thing missing from these is a cream center. I suppose you could make a cream filling of some sort and use an injector or spread on top like icing if you really felt it was needed, but I like them as they are.
