Fishabout May 07 King Ash Bay. Wednesday, August 29, 2007. King Ash Bay - 2nd Trip April - May 07. This was our 2nd visit to King Ash Bay, the timing was good and the weather was great and no floods. We had not sooner pulled into camp and half the town knew where back again. Set up camp temporarily as the folks with a big tent camp on the river bank were leaving next day - we sure lucked in! The motor homers do have a tinnie and love FISH! Will need to get a birding ID book. Yeah, Bill and Lou had to ha.CONTENT

Fishabout - July 07 - Port Roper. Saturday, September 1, 2007. Thus limited fly fishing time on the water. Tried bait misiing with no fish, plenty on the sounder but down deep and not hungry. Had a beach line out for 3 days and not even a cat fish! .
Monday, October 1, 2007. Fishabout - Scotts Bay near Fowlers Bay S. We passed a cyclist earlier in the day, he later pulled into our camp site. An American Rick Gunn, Photo Journalist. Darwin to Sydney, we helped his suffering with a beer and ice cream.
