Wednesday, July 10, 2013. Never be afraid to stick your finger in the Pie. Today was my first full day at Pilchuck. I firmly believe that those creative people that put this wonderful place together decided to put the living quarters at the top of a 6 percent grade in order to discourage themselves from sleeping. All my tools are not in my workplace and I will hopefully only have to make the hike 4 or 5 times tomorrow. Never have I been surrounded by such a group of talented people! I learned that our jo.
Monday, February 17, 2014. Just for kicks here are the previously made and available for purchase 12 by 12s. I have been working this winter on making 12 x 12s. I use velcro to attach them so they can be exchanged or rotated in case you have several to match the season of the year. You can see in this first picture the one on the bottom right is still in the process of fabric selection.
Saturday, July 30, 2011. We married off a daughter. I taught a summer class. The garden is growing - but not too happy now since the summer heat has them all resting. A lot of activity - but none of it weaving.
