I ran a my hardest effort ever in a marathon! What I tell my athletes is that the body only knows effort and not pace. So even though the pace is not reflective of the effort I ran my body certainly felt the effort. I feel like I got hit by a bus the day after so I know the effort was there! Thank you God fo.
