Thursday, May 2, 2013. Negatvie Spacing Series Part 2. Thursday, April 4, 2013. Negative Spacing Series Part 1. This week we are working on another series and my focus is negative spacing. I wanted to capture trees and have the sky as the negative space. I edited the photos in black and white to make the image look more mysterious and dramatic. My main focus was getting the tree branches and leaves to and taking the image with the sky in the background. Wednesday, March 20, 2013.
Wednesday, May 29, 2013. Cara usually goes for a kind of gritty photo so i tried to capture alt eh textures in this photo by giving it high contrast and getting the textury wall in the background. Grace usually takes her portraits dead on so i did that just like her and to add some of her weird style i tilted the photo as well. Maria goes for a very high contrast she also used street signs so I did both and it looked really good. Roxie uses a lot of great reflections so i used that in her portrait.
Thursday, May 30, 2013. Sasha uses a lot of contrast in her photos. Most of her photos are black and white. Her photos are very elegant and she likes to use the rule of thirds. I had her look directly at the camera because her models did that and it made the photos look very real. Stefan usually does black and white photos with a lot of contrast. Sunday, June 2, 2013. At the beginning of the year he used a lot of high contrast to make his photos brighter. This semester he has started using photoshop to blend the colors in his colors together. Grace tends to take pictures that are intersesting to the eye, but simple. She is very picky about what she edits. she also like to add or draw something onto the photo. We tried to capture them in their style as much as possible using all the editing skills we learned also with the photography methods we learned. We also asked the person on how to edit the photo to make it look like their style. He takes his pictures with his subjects looking anywhere but the camera.

I love her big series project because they told interesting stories and showed great use of sequences and triptics. His triptic photographs are very well put together and interesting.
