Thursday, May 2, 2013. Negatvie Spacing Series Part 2. Thursday, April 4, 2013. Negative Spacing Series Part 1. This week we are working on another series and my focus is negative spacing. I wanted to capture trees and have the sky as the negative space. I edited the photos in black and white to make the image look more mysterious and dramatic. I had her look directly at the camera because her models did that and it made the photos look very real. Stefan usually does black and white photos with a lot of contrast. We tried to capture them in their style as much as possible using all the editing skills we learned also with the photography methods we learned. We also asked the person on how to edit the photo to make it look like their style. He takes his pictures with his subjects looking anywhere but the camera.
