How About You? Once upon a time, I was a race junkie. More specifically, I was a marathon junkie. And even more specifically, I was a goal-setting, faster, longer, better running achievement junkie. I started doing triathlons in 2002 and have now done over a dozen including two Ironman races. Sharing my thoughts about the sport, training, and life in general is why I am here.
