Thursday, July 30, 2015. The only brother missing was Sione and of course their sister Lia. We had stand by tickets so going there and coming home we got stuck in Seattle. So thankful for the relatives there for feeding us and letting us crash for a couple hours. I was so very happy to see how happy Vita was with his brothers. What a great life! Sunday, February 19, 2012. This is on the way home. The boomer on the plane was really awesome and he would let us go down next to him and watch them refuel the planes. Not exactly first class, but it got us home. Deven was really missing the ocean and surfing so it was ironic that we were able to find ways for him to surf in Utah. This kids got to play in the fountains at the Riverwoods Shopping Center. And of course a trip home wouldnt be complete, if we didnt go boating with the Coxs. Helping Grand.CONTENT

Tuesday, October 18, 2011. This recipe comes from my friend Tricia and it is DELICIOUS! I think we ate all of it in about 2 days. 3 c apples, peeled and thinly sliced. Stir dry ingredients together in a bowl. In another bowl, cream by hand sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla. Add dry ingredients to creamed mix, alternately with apples. Bake at 325 for 45 minutes until lightly browned.
