Het zijn competentiekaarten die op het niveau zijn afgetekend dat ik pas in leerjaar 2 ontwikkelt moet hebben. Het gaat om acht competenties die ik bij drie verschillende opdrachten behaald heb. Deze competenties zet ik wederom in met nu een reflectie aan de hand van de START-methode op een hoger niveau.

Mijn ervaringen

Elke Vrijetijdsmanagement-student moet in het eerste- en tweedeleerjaar naast zijn schoolprogramma een Leisure for Life programma volgen. Het Leisure for Life programma is bedoeld om studenten kennis te laten maken met het werkveld. Elke student moet uiteenlopende competenties ontwikkelen. Competenties kun je ontwikkelen door opdrachten uit te voeren. U kunt hier meer lezen over de opdrachten uit leerjaar 1 waarmee ik mijn competenties heb ontwikkeld.
