The goal of this book is to provide Americans with a basis of how the Chinese think and act. The book is divided into 2 parts. The first part includes topics about addressing and talking to the Chinese, eating, visiting and appointment etiquette, making friends, teachers, and the idea of Face . The book has an informative tone without putting the reader to sleep.

Once the obstacle has been passed, many Chinese conduct business in a way that violates the license, contract, or law. In the US, this is considered immoral and unethical. In China, this is business.
