You are pressing, pushing, lifting, and gripping 900 lbs of weight per minute, on average, for 22 minutes! The workout consists of 830 reps, no breaks and no rest. This workout mimics that fight energy that is utilized during boxing, wrestling or grappling. The workout is the equivalent of a 22 minute round with no breaks! 50 sho.
