Monday, January 17, 2011. I love December and Christmas time. And this year was no different! We had a lot of fun getting into the Christmas spirit and starting new traditions with our little family. Kolton LOVED the Christmas lights. He would get really excited when we turned on the Christmas tree and lights around the house. He also loved driving around at night, looking at all the lights. It definitely kept him occupied while driving! We woke up Christmas morning and I made Ryan carry.
Luckily we have been living out of the pantry and I wanted to share this great recipe that was easy, quick to make, quick to clean up, and was good too. I just had to share, it is a keeper! Easy Chicken Pot Pie. 1 medium onion, chopped.

Next month, he will have 3 permanent teeth pulled and a week later the wires will go in. Look how happy he is to be done with that appointment. Actually, I think he is excited to have braces on.
