In early October we visited a pumpkin farm and bought this pie pumpkin with the idea of making something out of it during Halloween. so here is my attempt of making mildly sweet puris out of a pie pumpkin. Happy Halloween to all! 2 cups peeled and grated pumpkin,. 1 cup grated jaggery,. 2 tbsp sesame seeds,. 3 cups wheat flour,. Oil for deep frying the puris. Allow it to cool down completely.

Grease the bottom and sides of an 11x7-inch baking dish. 5 Bake until biscuits are golden brown and the sauce is bubbly, about 20 minutes longer.
