Blogging is a quick and easy way to present information on the web. Our classrooms are full of people who use the internet on a regular basis for entertainment, communication, and information gathering. Reaching them using this tool then is a natural step to take. Putting Pictures in Their Place.
So what can I actually use a classroom blog for? A question I have often pondered. I would like to collate suggestions, ideas, successes and thoughts regarding the varied uses and ways a weblog can enhance teaching and learning in a classroom. And let me know what you think.
Utilizing Blogs In The Classroom. Posted by mrmartinsclass under Blog support. I have the honor of working with teachers in Seguin, Texas this week. My law-making friend, Mr. Murphy, comes through again by having Edublogs do a website update only a could of weeks ago, thus changing all of my screenshots and helpful tips. So I have reworked the handout page and updated the information on it.
Friday, March 21, 2008. Having introduced our class blog, children are going home. being reminded of their homework and looking at information that I have put forward, made comments and some even started their own sites. I am this week planning to set up each child with thier own sites and hope to use this invaluable tool to enhance learning and connect home - school. Our class blog can be viewed here.
