Sunday, June 28, 2009. This blog talks about using it in the classroom. I liked it because it gave examples for uses of blogging in the classroom. I also liked the idea of putting assignments on a new post. This allows students that are sick or not in school to know what is going on in class. It would also make easier for teachers, would not have to write out assignments for students that are missing in class. Check this out to see what you think.
So what can I actually use a classroom blog for? A question I have often pondered. I would like to collate suggestions, ideas, successes and thoughts regarding the varied uses and ways a weblog can enhance teaching and learning in a classroom. And let me know what you think.

So I have reworked the handout page and updated the information on it.
Friday, March 21, 2008. Having introduced our class blog, children are going home. being reminded of their homework and looking at information that I have put forward, made comments and some even started their own sites. I am this week planning to set up each child with thier own sites and hope to use this invaluable tool to enhance learning and connect home - school. Our class blog can be viewed here.
