Sunday, November 7, 2010. I am not sure if it is just me alone, or if book lovers out there have the same liking, I like hearing the crisp sound of flipping a new book, but this will not be possible with ebooks. Moreover, researches have shown that having to stare at a computer screen for long periods of time is detrimental to our eyes. Thus, this decreases the viability of Ebooks. In my opinion, I thought that this might not be possible. We need to consider the aspect of political issues.
Saturday, November 6, 2010. This week saw the beginning of the group presentations. The 3 presentations this week were on cosmetic surgery, cybercrime, and water. Next, I found the presentaiton on Technology and Crime to be highly entertaining. It was a good eye-opener and the segment on the different cybercrimes to look out for was particularly interesting.
