The piece is still going in initial direction that we were aiming to take the piece, but we made some cuts so that other things would not cloud the intent of the piece. I hope you like it! This film is a series of images and shots of a landscape, it is dark, and there is the hint of human presence but no figures are ever seen, just the aftermath, such as shadows or an empty swing after someone has left it. There is the feeling of being all alone in this darkness, but not quite because someone has just been here or is hiding in that darkness.

Wednesday, May 4, 2011. Was it fun? Did I learn anything? Well, we experimented with slowing down and speeding up shots. Our challenges have become more epic, and the plot is absurd. Wednesday, January 26, 2011. In my short, I tackled the issue of sense of place. As my first sense of place that I connect to is my room back home, there I have a plethora of shoes that blanket the walls. Anywhere that I go to they travel with me to help establish the sense of home. Furthermore; in my short film I am viewed upon in front of a computer at school asleep. School is my reason for being here, and even when I am sleep I always come back to my habit.
