Tuesday, March 21, 2017. 舊的酒樓關了約3個月, 新的終於開, 叫糖心軒, 就跟朋友來試吓lunch. 一早已訂了位, 1230來到, 看見仍有頗多空枱. 蝦餃, 真的好多蝦, 肥肉不多, 但皮就恨容易爛. 叉燒腸粉, 一般, 皮厚了些, 不夠熱, 沒有什麼特別, 不是難食, 可接受. 燒腩仔, 皮脆肥肉已經剪掉, 不錯, 只是嫌食物不夠熱. 鮑汁雞粒炆飯, 都幾好食, 料都頗多, 最好是汁不是太多, 剛剛好呢, 不會變湯飯似的. 魚翅湯雞湯浸菜心, 這個最唔抵吃, 亦不覺好吃. 最後2 人吃了300, 如果沒有85折, 將會更多, 還未試甜品呢, 所以趁新張有折, 會再來試.
