Thursday, 14 May 2015. M12 More than pleasing to the eye. Monday, 4 May 2015. I know there is still plenty of time to capture the spring galaxies. However I started a Galaxy project The objective was another deep field to image as many of the Coma cluster of galaxies. First estimate was approx 1200 -1500. I will be happy with that.
The last couple of weeks. Since the delights of the Bee-eaters at Theberton, there have still been some really successful trips in the last few weeks. The next bird to go on the list was Nuthatch, where we had tried 3 times for this elusive bird in Shrubland Wood this year and failed. Well, on July 23rd, we finally saw one, calling and moving around the wood with a tit flock.
