In the shaded areas there is still a foot or so of snow. It is amazing how much shade is cast by trees even when they are leafless. The Poa annua patches on the golf course are very visible this time of year. Most of our Poa patches are on the edges of the greens where the mowers pivot. These areas will receive extra aerification and bentgrass seed.

This recipe takes plain old chicken breasts to another level. 1 boneless skinless chicken breast. 1 tablespoon of Bittersweet Herb Farm Garlic with Rosemary Oil. 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour. 1 teaspoon of salted butter. 2 tablespoons of Chai Tea Marmalade.
