A food related blog for my fevered food thoughts. Tuesday, July 16, 2013. Ok, its been ages since Ive done anything here. Dont know if anyone noticed anyway. Anyway, Ive developed a recipe from scratch, with a little development and Im quite proud of it. Most of the falafel recipes Ive tried over the years have used whole chickpeas, either dried ones soaked or tinned and then mashed or whizzed in a whizzy whiz food processor thing. Sort of; seasoning was off a bit, texture.
