Saturday, August 09, 2008. Module 8 - Weekly Reflection. Being the last post for the course, I wish to thank our instructor, her assistant and all fellow students for a productive summer. Monday, July 28, 2008. Well, I finally finished my rough draft of my final project. I still have work to do on the project, but it always feels good to get the first draft out there. I started getting anxious about my lack of presence on the discussion board but then decided it was more important to help the others than it was to get noticed on the discussion board. Sunday, August 3, 2008. We are at the end of the course! This week I worked hard on creating my final project. I created 4 assessment tools and related them to my course about food safety and HACCP. I feel I learned a lot through this project. It helped me try to relate my content to an online course and how to use different. Wednesday, July 23, 2008. Module 6 was a great way for me to look at different. One student asked if I would be able to use online chatting.
