Thursday, May 21, 2015. High School Art 1- 1pt Mixed Media Collage. Students will create a work using 1pt perspective. Students will create a interesting composition. Students will work with collage. Students will focus on emphasis in their art piece. Students will work with recycled materials. They were then able to work on completing an interesting background, using pieces cut out or ripped from magazines. The two pieces were then combined to create an interesting composition.

When I asked my students what is art or How does art make you feel? When you draw you go on an imagination adventure. I like art because if you make a mistake, it makes it unique. Monday, June 1, 2015. 8th grade classes worked on a landscape this trimester. Students looked at Impressionist artworks to get ideas for their own Landscape choice. Each student practiced using a variety of media. Students then made a choice based which they liked, and applied it to their final drawing. Check out these final landscapes.
