Saturday, 16 March 2013. Here is my carving of the Bimota Tesi 1D. A very rare and exclusive Italian bike with an innovative frame and front suspension set up as you can see from the photos. What I like most about this piece is how clearly you can see the grain of the wood working throughout the block. It demonstrates that the bike is carved from a single block of wood but gets to show how lovely the wood is and how the grain flows through it.

Saturday, July 22, 2017. Drawing Louis Gossett Jr - Part 1. New video uploaded on YouTube. I took photos of Lou in 2016 at his house in LA. I wanted to draw him for a long time and am very happy to have had that opportunity. This is the first of 2 works that I will be doing based on the photo shoot. I build up the face with my usual sculptural approach and I am now starting to work in the details.
