It seems like we are able to spend more time together as a family and that is really wonderful! He has also been working on his guns as usual and loves ever minuet of it! I am working on loosing some weight so far i have lost 3 lbs.

Saturday, March 1, 2014. A Jamie and Lisa catch up! 2014 has started as a busy year! After our Christmas trip to Houston and a week of night shifts, we dove right into 2014 with a gluten free diet! We did it for 30 days in hopes of some improved impulse control of Silas, some decreased pain in Jamie and me, and overall gut health. It was not nearly as difficult as we anticipated it to be.
