Thursday, April 1, 2010. We spent our spring break in Oregon with Grandma Nina and Grandpa Ron. It was a very productive visit. The project was nearly finished when it was time to head back home. I am sure Sean will get another opportunity do some of the finishing touches. We had a great family visit and always look forward to the next one.

Ron and Beths Plan B Adventure. Monday, July 11, 2011. Once the bike was loaded we rolled it out of the garage, shut the door, and hit the road. From Everett we jogged over to Snohomish so that we could take the Centennial Trail to Arlington. We discovered that Snohomish has not one, but two cupcake shops. The cupcake was fine albeit a little over priced, but the decor was a little too pink for my tastes. Day 1 Summary Seattle to Arlington, 48.3 miles, 48.3 miles total. Ron and Beth Hood. Friday, February 18, 2011. Things are going well with the Emmett family. Scott has been working hard. But he is very good at balancing work and family time. It seems like we are able to spend more time together as a family and that is really wonderful! He has also been working on his guns as usual and loves ever minuet of it! I am working on loosing some weight so far i have lost 3 lbs.

Saturday, March 1, 2014. A Jamie and Lisa catch up! 2014 has started as a busy year! After our Christmas trip to Houston and a week of night shifts, we dove right into 2014 with a gluten free diet! We did it for 30 days in hopes of some improved impulse control of Silas, some decreased pain in Jamie and me, and overall gut health. It was not nearly as difficult as we anticipated it to be.

Sunday, September 13, 2009. Juliana had her first day of school today. Her school has uniforms, so she really wanted. She had a great first day and even made a new friend named Olivia.
