A new journey in the field. After thirteen years as missionaries Haejung and I started on a new assignment to assist and guide Young Adults in mission service. To this blog, and a wrap-up of my year of service as a YAV. May God give my friends strength for today and hope for tomorrow. From Thursday to Sunday this past weekend, I attended the YAV. Transition Retreat at Ghost Ranch. We had small groups where we could share our stories.
Here in this blog, I have documented my year living in Guatemala. My year in Guatemala is inevitably linked to my current realities in Tucson, AZ. Saturday, June 30, 2012. Where has the time gone? Hello again, everyone! Once again, Im obliged to begin with an apology for my silence. I dont know how it happened, but it appears that I only have a month left in Korea. Oh my. Back in the fall, I started thinking about this year as being portioned off by significant events. At the time, those were Thanksgiving and Christmas, our trip to Nepal. I broke my wrist. And swore off ice skating for a while. We graduated from language school. One last YAV team.CONTENT
