Tuesday, March 17, 2009. It Feels Like Spring! It is so beautiful outside. It feels and looks like Spring! Which makes me feel alive, invigorated and carefree. I love everything about it. sunshine, blue skies and courageous crocus. Spring reminds me of a new beginning. I can begin again - I can re-create myself in any way. I feel empowered to re-create my physical body from the inside out. I am so excited! He fits perfectly. we love him and he loves us! Being in this 100 day challenge has rem.
Friday, May 22, 2009. Wednesday, May 20, 2009. Monday, May 18, 2009. Killer Sweet and Sour Chicken with Brown Rice AWESOME! I made this really yummy Sweet and Sour Chicken that was low in sugar and low fat packed with veggis and brown rice it was delicious. 2 cups of sliced carrots cooked.

Wednesday, May 20, 2009. I thought it would be fun to write the final chapter to this 100 day challenge and give a recap of what this challenge has meant to me. I feel like a different person, one who is stronger and happier. I am really happy that I have lost 10 pounds and can wear a size 8-10. It has been fun to see reaction of others- many think I weigh alot. Others to do their own 100 day challeng.
