Wednesday, May 19, 2010. To raise awareness of Transition Columbia, the neighborhood branch of the larger Transition Whatcom. A potluck is being held May 29 at 2613 Park Street between 6 and 8 pm . Members from Columbia plan to discuss what each member offers to the neighborhood and what each member may need from their neighbors. The potluck also intends to focus on community achievements and spread word about other events happening around Columbia.

A golf tournament to raise money for the community playground at Birchwood Presbyterian Church will be held Saturday, June 5, from 3 to 5 pm at the Raspberry Ridge Golf Course.
