Tuesday, June 1, 2010. Ski to Sea a great success. This past weekend, Bellingham was not only the host to the Davis Amusements Carnival in the Bellis Fair parking lot, but also home to the annual Ski to Sea race. The race starts off at the top of Mt. Baker, and through a variety of different kinds of races, from downhill skiing, to mountain biking, to kayaking, ends up in Bellingham bay. Despite the rainy weather, Ski to Sea was not short on spectators, especially in one of the most popular spectator eve.
