Training for a October marathon. Probably my last marathon for a long time. Thursday, 13 August 2015. Good workouts before holiday blowout. I had no Garmin but I did the usual 4 mile route. Monday 4 miles, Tuesday 8 miles with 5 mile tempo, Wednesday 10. 25 miles, Thursday 7 miles with 10 X 2 miles, Friday 4 miles, Saturday 19 miles with 10 miles at MP pace.
