Monday, March 30, 2015. My Husband is on board. Last night Hubbin and I came up with a lifestyle plan. This plan should put us at running 6 miles 3 days a week, by week 12. We started this morning at week 1 with a 2 and 12 mile walk pushing the stroller. We will do that three days this week, and then the other three days we will do 10 pushups, 10 situps, and 10 jumping jacks. I know it sounds limited, but we are easing in to it. This morning we choked down a carrotgingerapple smoothy. Spring has sprun.

5 Pounds and Counting! Monday, October 4, 2010. Sunday, September 19, 2010. Well its been a while since I was on here about two weeks and there has been a great change. First off the very next day after seeing my doctor and receiving the ok from him to go to the gym and start working out. He told me that I could only use the elliptical for 4 weeks before I could do anything else so I hit the gym the next day. This is the start of a healthier way of living.
