First off the very next day after seeing my doctor and receiving the ok from him to go to the gym and start working out. He told me that I could only use the elliptical for 4 weeks before I could do anything else so I hit the gym the next day. A WEEK LATER 96-910. Anyway. This is the start of a healthier way of living.
