Melanie had very graciously volunteered to step in as Head Tree Honcho. My charts on FitBit are all messed up, and it took me a couple of weeks to sync the account with MFP, so no pretty chart here. 4 pounds in just a few days, and that my actual first weigh-in since getting the Fitbit was 154. As of this morning, I weighed 149 even, which gives me a total loss of 5. Could I have done better? On to the next four weeks.
