Friday, July 18, 2014. So, I skipped writing on day 4, only because iit was a rest day for my challenge, but I did stilldo some cardio. Today was day 5, 40 mason twists, I still cannot do them all at once, but the most important part is that I did not giveup. Once Aiden wakes up, he and I are going to go on a nice long walk.
