Saturday, March 20, 2010. I am here to blog again. I dont know how long since i last blogged, didnt even want to know how slow the time passed. Just realise that my life currently is aimless and goal-lessly. Thursday, May 19, 2011. and its been months since i last trained my arms. had a great stretched ytd at the same time, knew that my arms and leg getting weaker. Abt 1h of gym and then walk home from khatib to sembawang with Irene. we took about 1 and half hour to reach home. Suffering from the after effect today. Wednesday, May 18, 2011. Working in the morning then went home slack abit then went for TRA Lesson 1 then off to POWER HOUSE! .
