Mapo Hall is the colonial style city hall, perched on top of Mapo Hill, in Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria. Mapo Hall was commissioned during the colonial era by Captain Ross in 1929. It is located at the geographical center of Ibadan and it was the first Town hall in the city. The desire to have a new Olubadan Palace, befitting the status of the Olubadan of Ibadanland and Ibadanland was born out of the fact that the existin.
