Life, motherhood and yes losing weight! Sunday, 4 November 2012. The first few days were the hardest mostly at meals times when I really wanted something nice to drink. I kept a bottle of chilled water in the fridge and the beauty of it is it really does quench thirst. I lost 2 kilos over those too weeks so very happy.
