The Young Naturalist Club was started in 2007 by homeschool mom and teacher Enicia Fisher, who wants to give kids more opportunities to deepen their connection to the natural world and to empower children to face environmental issues in a positive, productive way. The Young Naturalist Club, based in Southwest Riverside County, enjoys monthly nature-based activities and field trips together, and they participate in service-learning projects and host an annual Earth Fair.
