Some Like it Hot! Our 60 or 75 minute signature sequence is performed in a heated room and is suitable for every level of practice. Beginners and those with advanced yoga practices are welcome. Some Like it Hot! Offers a full body workout, from head to toe. You will increase your heart rate, stretch, strengthen and tone every muscle in your body. Room Temperature between 105-110 degrees. Some Like It Hot! Must be 18 years or older to participate in this class.
