Working and travelling in Colombia, how cool! Best Meal of the Summer. Sorry I have not written in a while. My internship with the Colombia Green Building Council finished a few weeks ago and I have been travelling up a storm since! Now that I am back home and getting settled into my life as I knew it, I have had an opportunity to reflect on my experiences of the past four months, and I have a lot to share so expect more posts this week! Another thing I learned you always need to have plan B, I realized that when we were planning roundtable event in Oxfam, we invited several experts from ministers, embassies and media. It was shocking when just 2 before the roundtable our experts called us saying they can not make it. But we had a plan B and everything turned out good at the end.
