To effectively communicate, we must realize that we are all different in the way we perceive the world and use this understanding as a guide to our communication with others. To top things up, this course was made enjoyable because of the open communication system we had in class. It was obvious that my classmates were sincere about learning as everyone was helpful and encouraging. Thanks to all my classmates for this great expe.
