Monday, October 22, 2012. Its been a while since I last did an Eli update. A lot has happened in the last couple of months and he just keeps growing so fast! At 195 months Eli loves. This boy loves to watch movies. He gets really excited when I let him watch one and almost always makes a face like this. No joke, he gets that excited, lol. We got Eli his first set of hot wheels and a track the day before Noelle was born and he absolutely loved it! I am so than.
I got to go to Quilt Con in Austin a couple weeks ago and was so inspired by all the beautiful modern quilts! Some of my favorite designers had quilts on show - it was very exciting. Here is a pic of my favorite quilt from the competition. It is called Techno Flakes by Amy Ellis. It is a great modern take on the hexagons - LOVE! The negative space quilting is also nicely done. I also saw a demo of Mistyfuse.
