Man nehme ein bisschen Kohl blätter ihn ab wie ein Salatkopf und reisst die blätter ind mund grosse Stückchen. Giesst ein bisschen Öl in die Wok- Pfanne und lässt es erhitzen. Sobald das Öl heiss ist wirft man die Blätter rein achtung spritz gefahr und lässt sie so lange darin schmorren garren oder braten wie ihr es nennen wollt bis sie nur noch halb soviel Platz einnehmen wie am Anfang.
