일과 관련된 스펙문서들을 공부하다보니 상대적으로 책 읽는 시간이 줄어드는군요. 포지셔닝은 시장에서 2등도 적절한 포지션이 있음을 알려줍니다. 왜 다이어트 콜라가 이름이 별로 좋지 않은지도 알수 있습니다. 여하튼 정말 재미있는 책이고 우리 회사의 포지션에 대해서 다시금 생각해보게 되었습니다. 포지션닝이라는것은 결국 소비자의 마인드를 공략하는것에 대한 내용입니다. 실리콘 벨리의 회사들은 개발 중간에 리스크를 중간 체크해서 리스크가 크면 그냥 프로젝트를 중단시킨다고 합니다. 리스크 관리를 하기위해서 초기 일정보다 조금더 짧게 일정을 잡는것이 좋다고 보여집니다.

Mine, which tells me, based on numbness is 62 degrees, or the Office at 72 degrees. I hear the heat kick on and it is like music to my ears. Alas, it never gets warmer!
