Fortunately they have been burnt into my memory for the rest of my life, which would not have been a nice thought to cross my mind at the time. Anyway, I digress. Our journey from A to B through torrential rain felt like an eternity. Somewhat nourished, we decided to make camp against the front wall of our Pidou.
