Thursday, February 18, 2010. In this one I definitely do see beauty. But also a sad kind of beauty. Her face seems pained with something. The light source from the right hits her face just right and casts a beautiful shadow. I like the detail in her head scarf as well. I really like this one as well. Thursday, January 14, 2010. This assignment for me, was the hardest. It was not about taking the best pictures but pushing myself as far as I could. I wanted to get out of my comfort zone which is people. With people you can tell amazing stories, and thats how I get my best pictures. So I pushed myself to not take any people pictures. Let me back up, at first I was going to do cliches as my assignment but that utterly failed. So this is my pano from this assignment. It was up at my cabin. NO this is not .

Thursday, February 18, 2010. In honor of her, the members of Magnum Photos established the Inge Morath Award in 2002. The annual award is administrated by the Inge Morath Foundation, and is given to a woman photographer under the age of 30, to support work towards the completion of a long-term project. I love portraits and i think this captures Nash in a natural real time. I love that shes not the only person in the photo. So this is one of the few photos i found that is.

Usually brat is a derogatory term and people are offended. But this person has put it in their licence plate. They are proud of the term.
