Last year, my brother bought me several magazine subscriptions. I hate throwing the magazine in the recycling bin when Im done with an issue, because I feel like it still has life left to live. In wondering how I could put the magazines to better use, I often think about the collages I used to make growing up. I feel like we did this at church activities, in school, and maybe just for fun? Tis the season to be gelly.

Sunday, December 12, 2010. That was a quick year! As we prepare to send out our annual Christmas cards, it has become apparent that 54 weeks have passed since we last updated the blog. So, here goes a quick year in review. The Spring of 2010 was spent running around Southern Utah. Skyler participated on the school tennis team and loved that. He took a number of van rides to beautiful destinations such as St. George, Delta and Richfield. We then headed East and stopped in Sandus.

Sunday, November 10, 2013. School is super busy and life is just as busy. Lots of thoughts on my mind. 1 How soon until a break from school? 2 Should I start the masters program next fall? 3 Why can I not stop eating everything in sight? 4 Is my body ever going to get use to the time change? Too much to think about I think I will just take a nap! Sunday, November 3, 2013. I could stick with my fourth grade plan, or I could revamp. Well I revamped! Did it go great? .

Monday, June 6, 2016. We have been counting down the days for our first trip. On Memorial Day, we headed up American Fork Canyon. We went up early, so we decided to visit Tibble Fork Reservoir for lunch before we headed to the campsite. It is so gorgeous up there. My sister came up for the day and brought her adorable dog. Robert was a good helper with the fire. The kids loved being outside and exploring.

Monday, August 10, 2015. Second Star by Alyssa B. What does it feel like to be. To take on an ocean like this. Not allowed to leave dry land? I picked up this book because I was captivated by the cover, but I bought it because the main character happens to share my name. Is a modern-day retelling of Peter Pan. Perhaps what is most enchanting about this book is the way that it obviously embraces the story of Peter Pan.
