Tuesday, May 12, 2015. Took a SLIGHT Break - Joys of Medifast. I do recognize it though because one of the first things my coach did with me is have me sit down and recognize my triggers. BUT - I made a bargain. I still continued to not partake in soda, walk each day, drink lots of water, and eat every 2 hours or so and stick with healthy choices like proteins and veggies. I was stuck at 156 when I started and I was just so o.
Sunday, April 27, 2014. Today, we had our Stake Conference which was a regional meeting for most of Davis County at the Conference Center in SLC, Utah. My poor kids were confused, so I tried to just laugh it off. It was dumb but here I was, dragging kids through downtown Salt Lake by myself, only to have someone totally berate.
We may not have it all together, but together we have it all! Monday, May 18, 2015. What do you think true Happiness is? I love feeling this way! I love being able to move and not be stiff. True Happiness is loving myself! True Happiness is having kids that are moving forward! Doing great in life and are succeeding in what they are doing. Not having to force my kids into things, but allowing them to make decisions on their own and watching them succeed! Watching them grow from little kids to adults! We ha.

Saturday, August 13, 2011. After the family reunion we spent the night just outside of Koosharem so we could go and ride the o1 of the Paiute Trail. It was fun to see this part of the trail again. When Garry and I met we were camped in Marysvale and rode this part of the trail. The first I remember seeing him was at Manning Meadow Resevoir. Grandpa got stuck - Rhino to the rescue! This is no indication of how steep the trail was.
